There was a mold problem in a property I have. Inspector was thorough, and conscientious about determining what the problem was, and what was needed to rectify the situation. He did the testing very thoroughly, and then determined what remediation had to be done. After remediation, subsequent testing was performed to make sure that the problem had been fixed. A number of remediation companies offered to fix the problem. It is up to the consumer to determine which company to choose. Or find one themselves. I chose one of the recommended companies after looking at the options and was pleased with the results, both cost-wise and results-wise. If you have a mold problem, I definitely recommend Indoor/Outdoor to get it solved. The whole project went as well as can be expected, given that no one wants a mold problem, but this company makes sure it gets handled.
